Why the saffron extract matters
The ingredient, amount and study design all matter. A 2017 trial studied affron® at 22 mg and 28 mg daily in 128 adults reporting low mood. After four weeks, the 28 mg group improved on the primary self reported mood measure compared with placebo; the 22 mg group did not. This is evidence about the ingredient, not a clinical trial of The Daily Pour.

More ingredient research
Lopresti et al., 2025: 202 adults, 12 weeks, 28 mg affron daily. Improvement in the primary symptom measure, without overall between group differences in the other secondary outcomes. Read the study.
Hidese et al., 2019: 30 adults, four weeks, 200 mg L-theanine daily in Suntheanine tablets. Some sleep subscales improved versus placebo; overall cognitive outcomes did not differ significantly. Read the study.
These studies tested individual ingredients in other formulations. The Daily Pour has not been clinically tested. Results are not guaranteed.

How do I mix it?
Empty one stick packet into 8 to 12 ounces of cold or room temperature water. Stir or shake thoroughly until dissolved.
How long does one box last?
One box contains 30 individual sticks. At one stick per day, that is 30 servings.
